What do you guys prefer? I'm talking about high screams like Thy Art is Murder, War from a Harlots Mouth, Attila, and Chelsea Grin.
And low growls being White Chapel, Buried in Verona, and Winds of Plague.

I like the highs myself.

Dante is right. Add some pig squeals and goregrind grunts and you have a masterpiece. If you can use them all, of course. Else it will sound like you're getting your chords grinded.

I've always preferred higher pitched screams. Dunno why.

High screeches annoy me after a while, and low growls are used so often that it sounds generic.

Still, a combination of both. But if I had to pick one, low growls.

Freakin Davey of Job Does all. Thy Art Is Murder's New screamer is pretty nasty too. Check Out And Hell Followed With, That Screamer Can Do All.

Phil Collins, bro. Search up In the Air Tonight by him. Best screams ever.
