METAL (Fuck you Kenny)

I like their new LP. Shit's tight bro, new vocalist is meaner. But a goddamn gnome.

I heard from some that they dislike The Adversary and say it's "TOO GENERIC."

Personally, I really dig two songs off of it (Laceration Penetration and Soldiers of Immortality)and think it sounds sick as shit. Infinite Death is still fucking prime, of course, but The Adversary is really good in my opinion too.

Doesn't really sound generic to me.

Guys check out Ancient Necropsy. Brutal death metal with a shitload of tech and grind, with some melodic riffs. Feels like mummification through headbinding.

I've been trying to transition into metal but never really knew any bands. Help and I'll have Vex give you handjob behind the Walmart dumpster.

Start with power metal and thrash. Move on to melodic death metal and folk. Then the brutal shit and grindcore. Worked for me.

Melodic death metal. That's the most contradicting music genre I've ever heard.

Then You're Crazy. Melo Death Is Where Its At Bro.

I remember hearing Amon Amarth and giving birth that very second.

Oh yes. Amon Amarth are amazing. Paragon of melodeath. It's not contradicting whatsoever. Brutal melodic death metal is contradicting.

I've heard that most metal bands outside the US are beastly. Like from Germany and places like that.

Haters totally gon' hate with this post, but get into System Of A Down. Faggots will tell you they're not metal, and truth is, they're not the most brutal band around, but they don't try to be. Very entry-level metal, but catchy, weird, and awesome, with weird songs and serious songs. I consider all of their albums to be gold, even 10/10 (to me, of course) but I'd recommend starting with Mesmerize, then moving onto Hypnotize, Toxicity, Steal This Album!, and their self-titled, if you choose to check them out.

I used to be fucking obsessed with them. Still love them, if that means anything to ya.

Of course it means something to me. I'd choose your faggoty opinion over their faggoty opinion any day.

Amon Amarth Is Amazing, yes. System of a Down Is good For Starters Defiantly. Try Mastodon Too, Fucking Love Them. Still My Favorite Band. Behemoth is Blackened Death Metal, Very Fast, Crazy Songs, Just Great. Try All That Remains Too, And Possibly Shadows Fall. All That Remains seems to Be a favorite of many Metalheads. Try Fall Of Ideals, and Work Your Way Down Before You Go To Their New Stuff, Because They Keep Getting Less Heavy With Every Album. Shadows Fall has great songs, Throughout Their Music. Their New Album Is Pretty Lazy Though. It Matters What Kind Of Metal You're Really Looking For. Anything You Like In Particular?

Something like Mastodon, Glamour for the Kill, Amon Amarth or System of a Down.

You might like Prog Metal. Search up Dream Theater, Symphony X, Into Eternity. Try some Scar Symmetry Too.

If you like SOAD, try Faith No More's albums 'Angel Dust' and 'King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime', they majorly influenced SOAD, Linkin Park, and many other bands you may or may not have listened to. Plus Mike Patton is amazing.
